I got my computer back after four days of not knowing what to do. As soon as I received my FixMeStick in the mail from Amazon, I was on the road to being back on track. And I mean back big time. The FixMeStick not only fixed my frozen computer, it now runs just like when I bought it new seven months ago. I'm just so totally elated that at so little cost I was able to have my computer back without having to take it to the shop or worse wrangling with the manufacturer to get a new one under its warranty. Thanks FixMeStick, I have been brought back to life.
