    Product isn't as shown online and the return policy is very misleading

    Overall Experience:

    I bought a dress for a Christmas party. Estimated delivery was 7-12 business days. I got it 21 days later, and it was nothing like the online description. The website claims easy returns and exchanges, but after I issued a return request, they informed me that they would only offer me a 15% store credit after the return was received. They are very quick to respond to emails but the English is broken and they didn't attempt to help me in any way. Don't waste your money!

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

      Sorry that you are not satisfied with the item(s).

      Purchases (except swimwear and final sale) can be returned/exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date.

      If you are not happy with 15% store credit reimbursement, you can just request a return label, then you will receive our direction for returning, we will issue a full refund after we received the products.
