I used the formula that was "made for my skin" and my face broke out worse than I've ever broken out before. I messaged my provider and instead of changing the formula to fix it, they sent me the exact same mixture, and oh by the way, conveniently, they do not do returns. Complete scam. Do not use this product.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I'm sorry to hear that you found your provider was unwilling to update your formula. Know that often to update formula photos or additional information may be needed, so be sure to check back in with your provider to help him or she find the right prescription for you!
