I ordered this product to get me through Thanksgiving and a trip to Hawaii the first week of December. I can honestly say it helped a lot. No stomachache or gas pains after Thanksgiving dinner.
I took it every morning on my trip because although I tried to eat lectin-free, it didn’t always happen. I will keep this product around for those times when I know I will eat off the program.
