    Lost internet connection while FixMeStick was scanning

    Overall Experience:

    I called FixMeStick support when I ran what I expected would be a routine scan to my computer. The internet connection suddenly was not there and a popup said that the scan would resume once the connection was resumed, but never did. I am not at all tech savvy, so I figured this was a glitch which was run of the mill. The tech support person, Jessica, informed me that this situation was very atypical and admitted she had never run across it before. But she proved to be a real trooper, and more someone who really thought out of the box - trusting to intuition. Throughout her assistance in the crisis, she remained cool and collected and reassuring, and she got it done. God bless her!

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
