I have been keenly interested in health and nutrition since 1980 when I first learned that an unhealthy soil produces unhealthy plants, animals, and people. Since then I have farmed with organic methods, but regardless, it is impossible to acquire all the health-giving nutrients needed for a healthy life from the food we eat for various reasons. At 60 I started to suffer from joint and muscle pain and stiffness and have been working to turn that around for nearly two years. I assumed my condition was from a leaky gut. When several weeks ago I started taking Total Restore, a noticeable improvement in my condition was apparent. Enough so that I plan on continuing the use of Total Restore.
