Hi, I just had a procedure in the hospital to have a hernia repaired, around the same time that the Total Restore arrived, so it is hard for me to say how much better I feel yet. I have been taking three capsules a day, so when I get over this procedure, I hope that I have a noticeable improvement. I do believe it has bolstered me up some. I will keep you posted.
