As age and weight crept up, I experienced more digestive disorder. I'm not sure if it was the diet or the Total Restore, but I don't have the bloating anymore or the pain associated with it. I'll be seeing my own doctor in a couple of months, and I think he will ask why I'm not so gassy. Thank you Dr. Gundry!
