    Package not received

    Overall Experience:

    I have bought a tablet on Wish.com in 2018, October 12th. The announce promised to deliver the product on November 28th, almost two months later. I have found this fantastic (I live in Brazil) and decided to buy mainly because of this deadline, that is far much better than the other sites like Alibaba.com.

    However, it is December 19th now and my package has not arrived yet. After contacting the Customer Service three times without an answer, requesting a refund, there was an answer saying my product was already in Brazil since October 25th, showing some unprecise tracking info.

    So, after being deceived, I demand a full refund, since my package was lost and Wish has not a clue where it is. They can only say that it arrived at one of the Brazilian Post offices two months ago and then they are not responsible for it anymore. That is not enough since I have paid to receive the package at my home.

    The Customer Service is clearly ignoring me and trying to make me give up by waiting.

    I'd like to ask for help to someone more serious from the Company who could give me my refund according to the Company policy.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
