I have always tried to eat healthy and have always tried to exercise at least five days a week. I am 70 years old and even though doing all this I was constantly battling trying to lose 5, sometimes 10 pounds. It was very discouraging. I read their book and found out I was eating the wrong vegetables and way too much fruit. After starting the Lectin Shield, I lost 5 pounds easily and had a better attitude and more energy.
