I had reached the point where I thought I would never lose weight. The Noom app helps me work through all types of thought distortions and helped me focus on what I was eating and why. After 6 weeks I have lost 13.6 pounds and have completely changed how I view food. It is to live not to live for. The tracking is easy and the articles and groups are very helpful.
