I was traveling and would not be able to return my clothes by the required time. I emailed my stylist and Martha quickly responded extending my return time. Excellent customer service and flexibility. Every experience I have had with Bombfell has been positive. Very responsive and helpful customer service.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
