There were certain foods that I enjoyed that never agreed with me. Potatoes are probably my favorite food that I had to avoid, tomatoes and quinoa were others! I thought maybe it was the starch or gluten until I read about lectins. I bought Lectin Shield and I was skeptical, but it works. I take it every day to avoid stomach discomfort from foods with lectins...there are a lot, too many to successfully avoid and have a normal diet.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
