I have really never used a protein shake before because I was leery about using whey products. So when I learned about the ProPlant shake, I ordered some to give it a try. It's very good-tasting. It's very thick if made per the instructions on the package. It really fills you up. It's very convenient to use. I would highly recommend it. I have been recommending it!
