I rarely, if ever, write a review. I was so happy with BetterHelp that I felt compelled to share my feelings. BetterHelp is amazing on so many levels.
First...my therapist is so knowledgeable and I have made so much progress with him. I send him a message and hear back from him in a timely manner. I also schedule a regular session with him on the phone weekly. Our sessions are extremely helpful. He has helped me make some major positive changes in my life and I look forward to more.
Second...the customer service is fantastic, and the app is so easy to navigate.
I was skeptical at first, but have now recommended this to many people with full confidence!
I am no stranger to therapy. This is the best therapy I have ever had. It is well worth every penny! I highly recommend that you try it.
