    Lectin Shield

Use of Lectin Shield while eating a Plant Paradox themed diet.

    Overall Experience:

As described, my use of Lectin Shield was to supplement The Plant Paradox diet. I went down the road to use the plan because of growing joint pain and problems losing weight. I had and continued to commit to an exercise plan that focused on weight-bearing exercise to develop and maintain muscle mass to fight against loss (I'm 61). My shoulder, neck and finger pain from arthritis was making this way more difficult and had stopped me from doing bench presses in the past. The diet and staying on it (predominantly) helped my pain to the point where all I experienced was stiffness occasionally. Using Lectin Shield has kept the pain away unless my whole diet has turned away from the plan for days or even a week.

This Christmas season has seen the first real off-plan eating for four months for me. I can say that the pain has stayed away - but I'll need to get back to the plan to feel my best again. Just a footnote (but still very relevant) is the fact that I had been walking 10,000 steps a day three times a week and doing bench presses, deadlifts and squats (as well as push pulls overhead, and farmer's walks) for a year with no weight loss - not even a pound. When I went on the plan and using Lectin Shield, I lost (and kept off, even over Christmas!) 13 pounds in four months. People have remarked about my changes in weight and my skin tone. It has been a satisfying and very welcome change to my day to day life - especially in these cold months in Canada.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
