I've enjoyed the app so far. Being accountable every day by weighing in and logging my food has been most helpful. I like the information on why we eat what we eat and when, and the articles are short and informative. In one month I've lost 8.2 pounds. I like having a personal coach and a group coach, but sometimes the group coach is too active. I don't feel like I've connected with my group, but it's not the main driver of my using the app.
