I like Noon because it's easy to log whatever I eat and get the calories for it. I like the idea the foods are listed as green, yellow and red - I can see what I'm doing wrong and change it. I like the idea I can weigh every day and log it. I look forward to getting information of some form every day. It's good to have a coach who cares and takes an interest in how I'm doing. I have recommended noon to others. I'm excited about the whole program. It's so easy for me. I like reading what everyone posts.
