I have been using Noom for a few weeks. I haven’t lost weight because I made the mistake of signing up right before Christmas. I still find a lot of value in the lessons, goals, and articles every day and I feel empowered to be very successful once the holiday is over.
My only issues so far are the group chats seem useless. Other users don’t participate, so the support and accountability aren’t there for me. Also, it would be helpful if I could categorize the articles by subject in my library. It would also be very nice to have a quick guide for lists of red green and yellow foods.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
