    Noom Diet

    Make room for Noom in your life!

    Overall Experience:

    Noom works. It's not easy to make a lifestyle change when we have to break habits that we don't necessarily hate. Noom doesn't shame you for being you. It's a gradual process (because any permanent change has to be), where you replace unhealthy bits for healthy bits a bit at a time. The app is terrific for keeping track of where you are. The information is relevant and educates you - the psychology works.

    I know starving yourself, point counting, keto-nonsense, etc. may drop a few pounds quick, but that isn't a life change. Changing your life is gradual and permanent. A pound a week is losing 52 pounds in 1 year. Take the year - and be happy with the result.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
