Noom is a very different approach to weight loss and general health.
I realized a while ago that my issues around health and wellness were more psychological than anything else. Sure I know "eat less, move more" works, but putting those simple ideas into practice is, in reality, incredibly difficult.
Noom has helped me think through, analyze, and find solutions to all the things "in my head" that prevent me from losing weight and keeping it off. And it is only a few minutes each day, only introducing enough new material to be interesting without being overwhelming. My coach is also great at keeping me on track and focused.
