I’m five weeks into this program and down 11 pounds and one pant size. I have lots of energy and a new way of thinking. The program is easy to follow and makes you be accountable. It helps you with the psychology of all that is involved with the weight loss process. I only have issues with the app. I wish that it would share info from my iPhone to iPad. And even though it makes logging food easy, going back in forth within the meal logging section is tedious. Overall I am thrilled with this program and can’t wait to see what the next three months hold.
