What I really like about Noom is it gets behind the why not just the how. I’ve journaled before with other apps and programs, but I really like how Noom shares the science and psychology behind why we struggle with weight gain and loss and how to get beyond and commit to changing your lifestyle, recognizing that it will not happen overnight but over time. It’s all about making better choices for a healthier happy me! The group sharing and accountability with a coach is a nice touch point to have with check-ins. I love the reminders to log my food. I love that you can save articles to a library to refer back and review from time to time what I’ve committed myself to.
