Noom has been easy for me to use. It asked for a commitment of 10 minutes per day and really doesn't take much longer than that. Each day has a number of lessons to read and those help to make a game out of information that's not only scientific but very informative. There's a lot of psychology behind what's being taught, which also helps to make things very understandable. I feel like this is more of a lifestyle change than a diet and really staying away from the foods that I shouldn't be eating and trying to focus on the foods that I should has not been difficult. At least not too difficult.
