I have tried many diets for the last 30 years+, but none have proved to be sustainable. The psychological approach offered by Noom is helping me to understand why I gain weight, and it's not all about foods, I actually love healthy food, but what I love most about Noom is giving myself permission to have a little bit of something I like every now and then without immediately thinking I am doomed! I am nearly two months in and have lost quite a bit of weight without too much faffing around with food lists, etc.
