I love Noom's way of approaching the anxiety and stress of weight loss. Changing your body means changing your mind. I never really got that. Losing weight isn't the only thing I'm interested in after being part of Noom for more than six weeks now. I'm interested in being healthy, mind and body. I realize if I don't lose a lot of weight quickly, I'm still ok. If I gain a pound or two, I'm still ok. If I'm hungry, I'm still ok. If I don't feel like eating, I'm still ok. And I have lost weight, and I do look better. Can I lose more? Yes. Can I look even better? Yes. Do I have to do it immediately? No. I'm still ok. Noom is changing your mind about weight loss. And it will happen.
