It's early in the process for me, and I have multiple issues to address physically. That said, I have a sense that I can feel the ingredients in my system when I take the shake. It seems that some of my issues are being addressed. I'm surprised to say that at such an early stage, and I'm trying to distinguish between actual and placebo effects. Again, it's early, but I am glad that I am trying this product.
