I had to sell my dad's home after he passed, but I live in another state. I used HomeLight to find a realtor that could help me as doing a random search on the internet was not helpful.
HomeLight gave me a variety of realtors to choose from. The only thing I did not like was all the recorded messages from realtors saying to call them, but others may prefer it that way.
The realtor I used actually called me in person, which is why I chose her. Without HomeLight, I probably would not have found this realtor and I would have had to spend a much longer time searching for a good realtor. They provide a great service to those wanting to cut down on search time.
