    Attractive product. Failing customer service.

    Overall Experience:

    I also agree with the majority of these negative reviews.

    Luckily, my email received a reply immediately after a few hours from a Mrs. Sarah. Here’s the situation.

    I applied for the free trial. The product made my skin a lot worse and hurtful to the touch. However, I chose to trust in the product and decided to pause my membership to possibly try a different formula.

    Immediately, they send me the same product that I communicated (via email) was terrible for my skin. And they also charged me a whopping $60.

    Sarah clarified how the "pausing option" skips a few shipments and resumes them for later. That is completely understandable.

    I am simply frustrated because customer service simply ignored my situation and ended with a "Thanks for being a Curology member. We’ll always be here if you change your mind." They did not offer an alternative for me. It seemed that my dissatisfaction or concerns about their system mattered nothing to them. Considering that I paused my service, It would be great if the 90-day refund guarantee was applicable. Or they could resend me a different prescription (that I could actually use) to replace the one shipped.

    I truly want to respect this organization again and recommend it to my friends, because this is a great service for acne prone people. But they are not doing everything wrong in regards to customer service. Please fix this.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
