Livia was a wonderful relief. Finally, after so many years of popping pills and calling in sick to school and work, I can breathe easy! I can't tell you the despair I feel when my doctor told me there was nothing I could do for my crippling period pain. Being a 13-year-old girl and knowing I'd have to deal with it the rest of my life was crushing. Perhaps even more so because none understood it or wanted to talk about such a taboo subject. I wish I had known about Livia then, but better late than never!
