I've been under doctor care for a few ailments. I get blood tests every six months at a minimum. As we sat in my last appointment, my husband noticed my cholesterol number went down by 30 pts. The doctor asked if I had changed anything. I said no. I totally forgot at that moment that I'd been taking Vital Reds. I was thinking they were considering if I had exercised more.

I am 69 years old and have run 100 marathons. At the age of 62 started to do triathlons. Did not take any vitamins and would feel very tired after the workouts. Saw the Vital Reds by Dr. Gundry and thought I would give it a try. The first week I felt so very energized and was sleeping so much better. This morning I went swimming for an hour and then did an hour and a half of computrainer biking. Still feel great so will take the Vital Reds every day now forever. Should be doing much better this year in the triathlons.

I found your products while searching the web for products to help my 89 year old father who was diagnosed in March 2016 with vascular ischemic dementia with global atrophy of his brain. His symptoms included acute short term memory loss, poor balance, agitation, and poor elimination patterns. He was in hospital for a few days with a 6 week home health follow up during which time he showed significant improvement with improved diet, increased water intake, and physical therapy. He began driving and self care with an aid to assist him for 2 hours/day. However, without constant supervision, he deteriorated further, ultimately having a 23 day hospital admission and 2 surgeries for small bowel obstruction, after which he was discharged to a Rehab/Nursing Home facility for 60 days.

He lost over 30 pounds and became more and more confused and weak and had chronic UTI's and incontinence by this time. I was able to rearrange my work schedule to allow me to stay with him at his home Monday through Friday and get CNA help on the weekends. He could hardly support his own weight when he first arrived at home. I immediately began by preparing properly nourishing meals, adequate water intake, exercise and nutritional supports, including coconut oil (unrefined, unprocessed, organic), Turmeric, CoQ10, Cranberry extract, and multiple other things.

He began to regain the weight he had lost, strength and balance improved but chronic UTI's and constipation still plagued him. I began giving him a "concoction" of Vital Reds, Primal Plants, 2T Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (Bragg's), Himalayan Pink Salt, Cayenne Pepper and Turmeric every morning (which I also drink). The change in him has been amazing! The physicians who were treating him in the hospital and had given him only weeks to months of quality time were also amazed and wanted to know what I had been doing for him. One even offered me a job!

He is 89 and his life span is limited I know, but with your products and others, his last days, perhaps years now, will be so much more pleasant and productive. He had given up the will to live and hated the betrayal of his body. Now he has renewed hope, that he can and will improve and that he will be able to do many of the things that make him feel useful and happy. He is singing, his sense of humor has returned, he is walking on the inside track at the local gym, he is enjoying walking around the yard and remembering where his various plants were obtained, he can name all of his children, grand and even great grands! He is even helping me fold laundry and helping with his activities of daily living!

He is interested in so many things now and I too have hope that my brothers and I will have at least a prolonged amount of time to enjoy and treasure a full relationship with both my dad and each other. What a glorious gift my dad has given us, to keep on trying, and what a miraculous gift the knowledge and availability of these supplements have given us, to give us back the father, grandfather and great grandfather that we knew before this saga began.

This is my first review ever. I'm not sure why but I would have to think that I've never felt a product worthy enough to sign up, write a comment, put personal information out there, etc. I have never found or seen a product like Dr. Gundry's Vital Reds. Packed full of delicious nutrient rich polyphenols. Great taste, love the beautiful color when mixed with my favorite beverages. I always look forward to my Vital Reds in the morning.

My name is Randy, I'm from Central Point, Oregon, I' also an army veteran of 6 years. I have always been proud to be an American and have always enjoyed the conveniences our people assert and invent. I was drinking 3 or 4 coffees a day, always on the move, needing quick reliable energy at any time. I would always do my best to stay what I had thought was healthy. Eating at big brand fast food like McDonald's and BK as little as possible, going for different alternatives like Quiznos, Subway, and expensive restaurants to get my meals and nutrients and vitamins also, I guess.

Also, in these last 8 weeks taking Vital Reds, it is a bit embarrassing to admit but, all my bills are always caught up and paid on time. I take pride in myself now, brush, shave, shower. I don't think about being tired or fatigued anymore, I get a very rested 7-8 hours sleep now. Not craving a single extra minute.

My energy levels had bottomed out. Not sure why, however, after attending a football game, I had a really hard time getting up the steps and out of the stadium. For 2 days after that I had no energy. I am an active person, so this was very difficult for me. I was walking 3-3.5 miles 6 times a week and now I can't do this. Exercise is my release and is extremely important to me. I had seen an ad for the Vital Reds on FB and actually watched the entire video. I knew about some of the ingredients in this and their health values too. I was amazed on the second day of taking this, my energy levels were back and actually some arthritis in my wrist was getting better as well. I am completely sold on this product. I have thoroughly enjoyed my Vital Reds. The taste is superb especially mixed with orange juice. I sometimes find myself trying to lick the bottom of the cup. I do seem to feel more energized, so much so that sometimes, I'm not wanting to go to bed at night. I did not enjoy the probiotic supplement I ordered along with it that was recommended at checkout. The taste and texture were horrible so I'll be returning that particular product, but truthfully that product isn't needed because Vital Reds already had most of the same supplements in it that are needed for a healthy colon. I'm hooked on the Vital Reds so I'll forever be a loyal customer.

Within a few days I could tell a difference in my energy and the inflammation in my knees. Plus this product tasted good and not yucky like other products we have tried. It mixes easily and completely.

My husband has also been using it and noticed his knee is doing better (he had surgery to clean out old damage 3 years ago). This is great news for him. Overall a really great product.
