I have been using this product for almost 3 weeks and at times I feel better at other times not so much. I will continue to use the product and will probably update this review at a later date as I have a 3 months supply of product.

I have been using Vital Reds for just under one month. I have not felt any improvement in my energy level (my main reason for trying this product) but understand it takes some people longer to notice positive effects than others.

The flavor is not totally to my taste. Am now mixing it with orange juice which seems to help. Also, have some problems getting the powder to completely mix with the liquid.

I am taking Vital Reds powder as directed for only 3 days, 1 spoon for 6oz water. I had palpitations while taking it. I am sure this is side effects or allergy to some ingredients. I never had an allergic reaction to any food before.

I am trying and sharing my experience. I have been drinking 1 glass per day. I notice only one positive result, I am not as tired but no extra energy. I made my own grape juice and I put one scoop of Vital Reds and one scoop of the primal plant with my juice.

Two weeks now, still not any thing dramatic change. However, everyone around me is sick with flu-like symptoms.

And I have not caught it. My body aches are at a low rate. I also detoxed before taking the reds and primal plant to give it a good trial test. I will let you know the result in 30 days.

I have been taking Vital Reds consistently for 3 weeks; very pleased with the taste & overall feeling. Any time there is "over excessive hype" for a product/service and how it can make you feel, I tend to get a bit skeptical; this has been a good addition to an already healthy lifestyle that I have, but it's hard to say if I have a lot more energy or anything along those lines; it probably takes continual use for a few months to really notice a dramatic difference, but no complaints. Just a good product.

When I first started using Vital Reds, I felt a surge of energy within days. After a few weeks however, it tapered off. By the end of the 3 month supply, I didn't feel any difference, whether I took it or not. Which is fine. And, as I have experienced with other supplements: normal. As our body seems to get used to them, they lose their kick effect. I simply switch to another one that promises the same, which works for a while, etc. I hold on to the empty containers and may reorder many months later.

Gundry MD landed on my black list, however. About 4 months after my order, I got a marketing call. At 8:20am! From one of their local salespeople, a local number. I consider this so obnoxious, such a breach of privacy. Can't they just send a marketing email, with an unsubscribe option at the bottom? 99% of the companies I order from, store your phone number for the carrier. They respect your privacy. I prefer dealing with them.

I just began taking Vital Reds, and noticed immediately that you do lose a lot of water content. It tastes fine and is loaded with fruit based elements.

The one caution I would offer is to be aware that there is an enormous amount of up-sales when you pay for your order. A better deal on the six pack, then three other products at good savings. I agreed to go from the three pack to the six pack and was told what the additional cost would be. What they did NOT mention was that (at least in my case) I ended up with a total of nine. A big discount on the six, but original price.

I was not happy about that and will contact them Monday to get that corrected. Either they will fix it, or my fabulous credit card company will. The PayPal link did not work. I expect to be pleased with the results, but they need to work on a couple of site issues.

So far Vital Reds give me a little boost of energy but I haven't lost any weight yet. It's only been a month so I'll wait a while before giving a final assessment.
