Vital Reds

I only just finished my first jar of Vital Reds. But in truth, I was in such a hurry to see results I started taking it twice a day from day 3.

Unfortunately, I'm not feeling the extra energy I hope to be feeling. I am, however, having bowel movements more than before. Not painful or worrisome, I believe in garbage in, garbage out, so maybe Vital Reds is helping me get the garbage out.

About the time I got the Vital Reds shipment I started an extensive workout routine. Either walking and/or jogging one day, then biking the next.

I've biked up to 26 miles in one day and covered as much as 12 miles on a walk/jog day. I've also added going to the gym 3 times a week and I'm doing well at that.

Would I have been able to do all this without Vital Reds? I don't know, but I'm glad that I don't have to worry about it. I have Vital Reds and I will go as far as I can with them.

Good Morning, I have recently become a member and user of Vital Reds. So far I have not noticed all the benefits as I am only on my first cannister and several weeks into my usage. I expect good results in the near future.

Just got it in the mail so we'll see, however, I do have a concern. The directions are a scoop in 8oz of water. How much is a scoop, a teaspoon, tablespoon, ice cream scoop? I do hope it works. I have lupus and a hyperthyroid and my meds have really put the weight on, in addition to all my other issues. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I'm not sure yet if I will recommend this to anyone. If there are good results after 30 days I probably will.

I am trying this product as I have RA and osteogenesis imperfecta and feel fatigued most of the time. I started taking it last week but unsure of how much to scoop into the water so have been using a tablespoon but would like to confirm the correct dosage if anyone can tell me. I will write again once I notice a difference.

P.S. I only put no to recommending to a friend as I have not used it long enough yet but will update accordingly.

Dr. Gundry, I am almost 83 years old with type 2 diabetes. I ordered your product to try to lower my blood sugar. I am on my second jar of Vital Reds and last week my blood sugar began to drop. I am very pleased with what is happening now. My doctor wants me to keep it below 150 and he will not put me on medication. Last week it dropped to the 120's. I am hoping to be able to to stay below 150 by using the Vital Reds. If it does, I will give it the top rating.

I am on the 3rd week of Vital Reds. I can honestly say that I have more energy. My appetite has diminished substantially. I can really feel that my system is cleaner. I am experiencing a more thorough flushing of my system every day. I am very pleased with my results so far.

I've been taking the product for about 30 days and sometimes twice a day. The first couple of days it was immediate energy, but it seemed to slow down afterwards. However, I kept taking it and I feel I'm gradually building up and feeling better. I haven't seen weight reduction, I've actually gained weight but since I'm feeling more energy I'm believing the weight reduction will come.
