I have been taking Viral Reds for about a month. It seems to have helped my joint pain and has helped some with my sleep patterns.

I think that I feel better overall. I have not seen any decrease in weight, which was one of the reasons that I purchased the product.

I started using Vital Reds about a month ago and am very pleased. Vital Reds is so easy to swallow. I mostly use purified water only, but sometimes I mix in some cranberry pomegranate or apple cider. Since drinking Vital Reds every day, I am experiencing the return of energy, motivation, and clarity of my thinking.

Believe me, before I found this product I had to force myself to accomplish even the simplest of daily living tasks. I didn't feel like doing anything, going anywhere or even associating with anyone. It was as if I was shutting down physically and emotionally. I literally felt as if a huge weight was on me and I just wanted to recline in my favorite chair and stay there.

Vital Reds has improved my "sinus tightness" by loosening the mucous in my sinuses. It doesn't give me this "burst of energy," BUT I find myself (at the spur of the moment and very unexpectedly) cleaning areas in my apartment!

I'm 76 years old and have been through almost everything. I see upwards of ten different doctors for many different things. My choice to try Vital Reds was in the hope that I would achieve more energy, which I have, and hopefully to help my body where needed.
