Vital Reds

I am a middle aged, overweight mom & wife who has a full-time job and I take care of my elderly disabled mom in addition to running my household - all while dealing with chronic knee and shoulder pain (I take Ibuprofen occasionally when it's unbearable and I go to PT). For the past few years, I have felt like I was running on empty and I have been concerned that I am always fatigued. Often, after an exhausting day - it was hard to stay awake past 8 PM - and I was not getting things done in the evenings, just too tired. That was my life before taking Vital Reds. I ordered this product in August (2016) and I drink a glass each morning (tastes good too). I have more energy and stamina to do my jobs at work and at home. I am able to stay awake and get things accomplished during the evening and can watch the 11PM news and part of the late night talk shows. This may not sound that exciting but it is for me! A bonus is that I have lost a few pounds and I don't feel like I am in a fog anymore. I do not want to be without Vital Reds EVER! Thank you, Dr. Gundry.

I've been using the product for about 3 weeks now. There has been some 'grittiness' with the product dissolving but I've found that by adding more water to the bottom of the glass and stirring again it takes care of the problem. I have noticed some improved energy and less stomach issues. Am hopeful with continued use both will improve.

I started taking Vital Reds just shy of a month and have not noticed any difference in how I feel. I've taken it every day and was hoping to feel some difference with my IBS and energy level but have not felt any difference, I was really hoping that I would. I will continue to take it just for the vitamin benefits and see if by the end it helps relieve the other symptoms or at least help them. Otherwise, I most likely will not spend another $49.95. So, at this point, I won't recommend it until I see a change.

This stuff has been amazing. I have struggled with IBS for 16 years. I have tried medications with no success. A lot of my problem has been my stomach is just "sensitive". I have tried all sorts of over the counter items with no success. I have gone anywhere from 3 to 7 days with no bowel movement. I started taking this and the first week was a little rough (lots of gas), however, after that nothing but "healthy" consistency. Some days 3 times a day. Thank you Vital Reds for giving me the relief I have needed for the past 16 years. So far so good!

Vital Reds really does work to improve energy. It's fast and easy. My only complaint is the taste. I have to drink it down as fast as I can just to get it down. I have tried mixing it with water, different juices, and sports drinks, really cold with ice, room temperature but it does not seem to help. I do plan to continue using it just for its benefits.

I am a 58 year old male that was having some fatigue and reflux issues. I am very active but just could not keep from getting fatigued. I tried Vital Reds after some research and have just finished my first month supply. My fatigue has lessened and I am feeling more energy every day. On a more positive note, I have experienced reflux for years and was on prescription meds for years. Well, my reflux is better and I do not feel that burning feeling or stomach bloating. Vital Reds has effectively helped me and I will continue to use it and have mentioned the product to a few friends with similar symptoms.

The best thing I can say about Vital Reds is that I'm not constantly hungry. I take the recommended dose each morning after breakfast and I rarely feel hungry for the rest of the day. What a relief!
