Vital Reds

When I saw the video about polyphenols, it just made sense to me that we NEED these nutrients in our diet. I love that they are in an easy to use powder and that it tastes so fantastic! We have a smoothie every night and fill it with great fruits and these Reds. It fills and satisfies, and makes for a better night of sleep when you are not overloaded with a huge meal.

I also bought their book on Amazon called Diet Revolution. It pretty much has an explanation of how hormones, genes and the chemistry of the body works with food choices, supplements, etc.

I am 68 years old and not overweight, yet muscular from years of working out. I don't smoke or drink, and eat well (and never fast foods). I travel a lot for work and try to choose foods carefully. I have one of those old Aerobic ideas from the Fit or Fat book by Covet Bailey that explains nutrition on a cellular level. These days I am just trying to hold onto my youth a bit longer. I suppose the Vital Reds will help, and I do feel a boost in energy.

I've been taking Vital Reds for a little over a month. Already I've seen improvement in my general health and appearance.

I was surprised by the beautiful deep red color this grayish powder turns when mixed with water. The little scoop that comes in the can makes measuring just the right amount a cinch. I'm signed up for a monthly subscription, and like Old Faithful, the new can comes in the mail when the old can is used up. I find it very convenient and economical.

The delightful berry taste blends well with yogurt and even with my whey protein, brewer's yeast, turmeric and kelp mixture that I drink each morning. I really look forward to taking it, but it's not addictive like candy. That tiny dose satisfies my appetite.

I'm 58 years old, and people keep telling me how great I look. My skin is smooth and blemish-free. My dark spots are fading, and my formerly fungal toenails are starting to grow in pink. I found their site accidentally online while looking for vitamins, supplements or something to help me feel better. I have a lot of problems with digestion, sleeping at night, and energy. All the same ailments that you hear so many people complain about. I was intrigued as I was familiar with Loma Linda University, so decided to read and listen.

Everything Dr. Gundry said makes sense. We ordered the Vital Reds and the Primal Plants powder. Surprisingly, both my wife and I have felt a difference. She has more energy and is sleeping better at night, and most importantly, it seems to have helped in lowering both of our blood pressures, a major concern for both of us.

We desperately want to better our health, improve our lifestyle and treat the ailments, not just the symptoms, and we are very hesitant to "just take the drugs!" Then, you have all the additional side effects to deal with.

I watched the video on Facebook and decided to order the Vital Reds. In the video, it states that it was a so free trial and wouldn't have to pay to return the product. Well, that was a lie! Plus, it does not mix well with any products, and it tasted bad.
