I do think I feel better since I have been taking Vital Reds along with Prebiothrive. I have only been taking them for about a month, so I will be able to tell better after I have been using them a little longer.

I'm 76 years old and have been through almost everything. I see upwards of ten different doctors for many different things. My choice to try Vital Reds was in the hope that I would achieve more energy, which I have, and hopefully to help my body where needed. Of course, that I can't tell is happening, but at least I don't have any negative feelings.

Vital Reds has improved my "sinus tightness" by loosening the mucous in my sinuses. It doesn't give me this "burst of energy," BUT I find myself (at the spur of the moment and very unexpectedly) cleaning areas in my apartment!

I feel that I have more energy to get up and about and to do more things that I feel I would not have done before. I have no more ups and downs during the day, so I thank them for that. Steven, I think you have created a great product. I have been under extreme pressure and stress. Vital Reds are my drink of the morning. I feel that they have given me energy that a 69-year-old finds hard to achieve. It has also trimmed me down a bit. I don't want to lose more weight, but it seems to be doing a cleansing of the bowel.

I took my blood pressure, and it was on the lower end at 70. Usually, it is 89 or thereabouts. I will check again this week, but by rights, I should have been in a poor state. I am wondering how my cholesterol is. That's next.

I started taking Vital Reds about a month ago, and so far I'm very pleased.

The taste is pleasant, and I have been drinking it every morning. I do feel more energized from it, but it is subtle. I wanted to feel a real boost of energy after reading the benefits, but I'm just not so tired, and for me, that is a real improvement. I was tired all the time, and since I have been taking this, I don't feel as exhausted as I used to.

I also noticed that I am sleeping better at night and that is a beautiful thing! I haven't tried any other products yet, but if Vital Reds is any indication, I'm sure I will be in the near future.

I never go to doctors with the blood pressure because I have it at home. I had my monitor with me at doctor's office to calibrate, and it is accurate. However, after just shy of one month my blood pressure (taken twice at doctor;s office) remained the same reading, which was almost the same as at home. I was shocked. Hopefully, a sign of good things happening.

I was not sure about ordering Vital Reds and Primal Plants, but my wife wanted to try them.

We both feel that there have been some benefits, such as more energy and better digestion. We started taking them just before the holidays and feel that we haven't had time to give them a better review with the hectic holidays and not always the best food.

But, with that being said, we think they have been a benefit to our overall health.
