After having taken daily vitamins from a well known establishment for well over a decade, and after viewing the very thorough video from Dr. Gundry on the Vital Reds product, my wife and I decided to make a change. We are both grateful to have viewed the video presentation and even more so to have tried the Vital Reds product. The energy boost from the product is very evident. Having taken the Vital Reds for about a month now, we feel more energetic and really enjoy the beneficial ingredients of Vital Reds. After taking it in the morning, we feel full and have no food cravings for much of the morning. We have recommended the Vital Reds to others, we feel so happy with it.

It's only been a few days of taking Vital Reds, I felt a huge difference from the very first day. I am normally skeptic of diets, powders, shakes and vitamins, so I/we stay away from them. There are two huge factors that I truly have felt in past few days, one which is unbelievable, no IBS issues. My GI is calm, very unusual and I definitely have more energy and less tired. I'm thinking my husband has noticed for he asked if he could start taking Vital Reds with me yesterday. He never takes supplements either. I would be thrilled if this continued to work miracles with my gut issues.

I have been taking Vital Reds for about 2 weeks now and it has helped me have more energy and less cravings for sugar and other junk foods. I was already off soft drinks and candy bars which I used to eat on a regular basis, but Vital Reds has helped me with my cravings.

I also seem to have a lot more cardiovascular power and have noticed that I do not get as tired after biking to work each day.

I also have noticed I am in a lot less pain from arthritis since taking Vital Reds. This only after 2 weeks! I hope to see other improvements as I continue to take this polyphenol supplement.

I started Vital Reds and Lectin Shield a few weeks ago. I am very pleased that I have been consistent in taking these products as Dr. Gundry directed. Usually I do not try things like this, but after reading Dr. Gundry's assessment of these products, I believed what he had to say and bought a large supply of both products.

I have had persistent fatigue, severe and debilitating, for several years. All my blood work has been excellent, so I was puzzled. Although I have only been on the products a few weeks, I believe I feel better. To be perfectly honest, I thought I would feel the effects immediately (positive thinking!) but it seems to be a gradual process of feeling a little better each day. I'll take it. After years of fatigue, I know it may take a while to see a big difference, but I am patient and believe these products will help me.

I have convinced my husband to try them as well, and I send him to work each day with his Vital Reds and Lectin Shield, a shaker jar, and two packages of Truvia to sweeten the product to his liking. He believes it will help him as well. I find that Vital Reds gives me a lift in the afternoon when I need it the most. I have a feeling of well-being that I did not have before I started these products. Also, I remember to take the Lectin Shield before each meal, and now I don't eat until I take them first. I eat three meals a day and have always been careful about my choices. I have already lost some weight, which surprises me because my body has been resistant to weight loss since menopause. Now, I have already lost an inch in my waist and can wear my jeans comfortably. I have not changed my diet.

Also I have not checked the scales but I will use this pair of jeans as a measurement of how many inches I will lose with Vital Reds and Lectin Shield. I have begun to feel like exercising a little, and this is because I feel better. I have felt so bad for so long I had given up on exercise. I have a very serious pain problem also that prevents me from strenuous exercise, but a light exercise routine each day is something I am now able to consider. I only need to lose 15-20 pounds, but most of all I want to have energy and feel healthy again, so I expect by the spring I will be well on my way to that goal, thanks to Dr. Gundry, Vital Reds, and Lectin Shield!

Just started taking Vital Reds, delivery time from order to receipt was about 1 month. Noticed production date was mid-July 2016 so it may have been an "out of stock" situation. Taste is great, not totally soluble. Too early to notice whether it improves my wellbeing. I will continue to take. (Ordered and received 3 jars.)

Today is only the third day that I have taken them I have started feel more energy this evening. The taste is excellent. I was taking another kind when I ordered Vital Reds, I finished taking taking them I couldn't feel any different, so I waited a week & started taking these Vital Reds 3 days ago I can already feel better & more energy. Vital Reds was advertised on my computer when I was searching for meaningful health products for seniors. Vital Reds are simple to use, Mix a capful into a clean, tall jar of pure water and shake, shake, shake The taste sparkles. The heady scent is delightful. BRAVO!
