Vroom Review: How It Works, Pros and Cons

Well, it's been 2 years in the USA and now I was able to get my first car. Was looking for preowned, low mileage cars, and that made it possible with Vroom. Extremely clean, low mileage. When the car was delivered, I swear it seemed just like a new car. It was a Honda Accord Sports 2017 and it was brand new, mint condition, simply perfect. Thank you to the entire team of Vroom for making my choice valuable for me.

I needed to upgrade to a larger car. After several unsuccessful tries with other companies, I decided to try Vroom. I reached out because I did have some questions and was able to speak with Shannon H. on the phone. I took Shannon through so much with changing from car to car to car. Shannon was so patient and friendly, never snapped at me or got upset. He went the extra steps to make sure that I did get a car that I truly needed and wanted, even when I put my deposit on another car and changed my mind overnight. I'm not for sure if his Supervisor, Manager, or Owners will see this or not, but if they do, please give this Shannon H. a huge raise or promotion.

Several weeks ago I sold my BMW to Vroom. I received a generous offer - at least a couple of thousand dollars more than anyone else I spoke to was willing to pay. I accepted with a click of a button, we exchanged paperwork, my car was picked up that week, and payment was made to close out my lease.

Sold used Toyota online to Vroom. They offered a competitive fair price. The process took two weeks from quote to payment, but we found Vroom fair and honest. There was a gauntlet of questions, info, pictures, and documents to supply. The process went seamlessly other than a misunderstanding on my part that I needed to sign and return the agreement; if wasn't a copy. There is a leap of faith while I sent title and auto to Vroom before payment, but it went well.
