After researching their competition, I went with Vroom to buy my next car and I have nothing but glowing praise for this company. The salesperson, Beth, went above and beyond. The communicating was timely, clear, and concise. Every step was flawless. I would definitely use Vroom again.

I sold my 2003 Camry to Vroom. I didn't have to talk to anyone in person or on the phone. It took me a bit to understand their process, but the sales team was very helpful and accommodating. I think anyone looking to either sell their car or trade it in should get a quote from Vroom and seriously consider it.

I was really impressed with my whole experience with Vroom. The whole process took about a week and a half, and that's including Labor Day weekend in the middle. I got more for my car than our local dealerships were willing to pay, and selling privately was taking too long. Vroom took care of EVERYTHING from start to finish. I am very happy with how smoothly and quickly the whole process went. I have been telling everyone about it. If anyone is on the fence about using Vroom, they should just go for it. They won't be sorry.

I wasn't expecting it to be so easy. I entered my vehicle info and got a good and fair market value offer to buy within minutes. I was so excited.

I was mulling it over, figuring how I was going to go forward and the next day their offer increased by $500. Vroom reps explained step by step. In my case, payoff was slightly more than the offer. As soon as they received my cashier's check for the difference, I got a FedEx copy of the title with clear instructions all the way through pickup. A few days later my bank released the note.

I think this is a much better deal than trading your car to a dealer for wholesale. After buying from regular automobile dealers for 30 years, I always felt they took advantage by selling me (others) new cars at up to 125% of the market without blinking an eye when the customer has an upside-down trade. This is a vicious cycle with new car interest/depreciation.

Vroom helps some get out of those sticky situations to become better off financially by selling cars outright if that's an option for them. I never sold anything more than a candy bar and now I can say I easily sold a car.

I was a bit skeptical to buy a used car online, but all went very smoothly and the car arrived in practically new condition. I got my good quote and financing quickly. I was able to buy an extended warranty too. The car came within a week. The car was super clean but the seats were tan in color and I requested that the back seats be cleaned, so I took it to be detailed and Vroom approved and reimbursed me. Overall a good car buying experience.
