Best and easiest way to buy a car! Went to CarMax first and Vroom blew them away with excellent and fast customer service. I will definitely buy from Vroom again. Quick, and just as promised.

I had no problem with this transaction. I started with a trade-in evaluation, I received a fair value, then I decided what vehicle I wanted, then put it all together for the perfect deal. It took less than 10 days to receive my Mazda and at the same time they took my trade. This was a very smooth purchase and as a bonus, my CX-5 didn’t have a scratch on it and it was very clean, a real gem. Based on my experience I highly recommend Vroom.

I did not realize catch that buying a car could be this easy! From getting financed to receiving the car, this has been the best experience. I didn’t have to deal with a high-pressure salesperson. Vroom communicated with me throughout the process and I received the car within the timeframe they told me. Buying a car could not go any smoother! I love the car. This site was recommended by my brother who’s a mechanic. The assortment of vehicles is truly amazing. I was able to get exactly what I wanted. These people were very helpful. They helped from start to delivery. Even the driver was helpful and really courteous. I was hesitant about using this site, but don’t regret it at all. Vroom gave us $4000 more for our trade-in than any dealership and had the best price on the Pacifica we were looking for with 8 passenger seats. They paid our old car loan off promptly. The van arrived ahead of schedule. And it was in great condition. There was one hiccup with the listing that said it had powered sliding doors and it didn’t. But Vroom sent us a check and mailed it out quickly for $1000 to make up for it. We loved the experience. I was nervous because of all the bad reviews but I just kept on top of it and called customer service every couple of days.

Vroom was amazingly simple and everyone that I worked with was very knowledgeable and very helpful! Our entire process from ordering right up to delivery was probably 2 weeks and that includes holidays.

Gave 5 stars because it does not allow a higher rating. Had a phenomenal experience buying my dream car from Texas Auto Direct (Vroom). Specifically, the salesman who sold me my car, Joseph Akuechiama (Mr. Joseph A.), did a fantastic job and I am forever thankful. After 3 prior test drive visits, I walked into the dealership with plans to test drive and hopefully buy a car. Mr. Joseph A. was extremely patient and understanding, explaining everything about the vehicle and purchasing process. I enjoyed doing business with Joseph (Texas Auto Direct). I'm thankful for an easy buying process and a great deal for my Audi A6. I will definitely recommend as well as go back to see Joseph again for future purchases because of his excellent customer service and valued knowledge.

Also, I would like to give kudos to Mr. Thomas (finance department) for all his help as well.

After being notified by FCA of pending re-acquisition of my troubled vehicle, I began the search again after only seven short months. I was contacted by FCA's advance agent regarding the buy-back and offered an in-kind replacement. Given my dealer experience, no way. I had narrowed down to two brands I wanted to look at. Rather than have to drive 100 plus miles to look at a vehicle, haggle with the dealer, and everyone associated with the sale, I pulled the trigger on Vroom. The 2018 Nissan Titan has half as many miles and was purchased $6,000 less than similar listed vehicles within 250 miles of me! Ten whole days after completing the transaction my vehicle was delivered. And it's perfect. I couldn't be happier. No, I'm not sending it back for a 7-day refund, and that expires today!

From the beginning to the delivery this was a very smooth process. I was kept well informed of the process and where the vehicle was in the delivery chain. I was a little nervous buying a car online, but with the warrantees, it made me feel confident I was making a good decision. This was all confirmed once I got the car.

Vroom was wonderful throughout the whole car-buying process! They answered all of my questions and communicated with me frequently to give me updates. When my car arrived, it was nearly flawless. Everything was clean and was in excellent shape. I did, however, have a nail in one tire upon arrival. The Vroom support team was wonderful to work with and paid for the repairs. I was very wary to order from Vroom because of some reviews I've read, but I cannot say enough good things about Vroom and my car buying experience!

Great company! They made buying my car so easy! I would highly recommend using them! I read an article about how Vroom is the way car buying should be. I completely agree. The people who work at Vroom took care of all my paperwork and then called me every day that my car was being shipped to update me on how it was going. They even took care of my registration. My car came so fast too. It only two weeks for the whole process!
