Very easy process. I filled out a few forms online and sent them photos, including the odometer reading. They quoted me a price that was very fair (it was actually more than what I paid for the car). I accepted their offer online. I was a little nervous about entering my bank info for direct deposit, but I'd used Plaid before so I did that, and am glad I did. I got paid within two business days of pickup. I had to get the lien info from my bank within a couple of days and emailed that in. They overnighted me a hardcopy POA form to sign, which I sent back and they scheduled my pickup a few days after they got the form.

My case was a little complicated because I was out of town and had designated my friend to hand over the keys. Then HE had to go out of town so he left it with his friend. But it all went smoothly in the end. Sergio in Phoenix handled my case personally and we got the job down. Two business days later I had the money in my bank account (minus the loan payoff), just as promised. Highly recommended!

Buying experience was really easy, and there was always someone I could reach if I had a question. The hardest parts of the experience were going to FedEx to overnight signed documents and waiting for my vehicle to arrive. I was a little worried when I found some old reviews about Vroom saying that shipping took quite a while, but that wasn't my experience at all. Super easy process, communicative salespeople, fast shipping, and happy customer!

It was my first time buying a car online. God bless Vroom, I successfully purchased my car and am glad to have it. There were some minor issues with the car, which were resolved immediately. I am really very happy.

On top of everything, I was not charged for any hidden fees or other fees that are charged by dealers.

Selling my VW GTI on Vroom was quite possibly the easiest car transaction I’ve ever done…and I’ve done my fair share! I filled out the details, got an offer, and within two weeks I was paid. Probably faster if I hadn’t done this over Christmas and New Year! Seriously considering purchasing my next car from them. Buying/selling online is the new world people!

The paperwork was quick and painless. A wonderful gentleman picked up my car from my driveway. Exactly 3 business days later a check was in my hands!

Selling online was a daunting task at first glance. I submitted my car info to other online dealers, along with local dealers. Vroom came in at a higher offer by $2k. Obviously decided to go that route. Let me tell you, once I submitted the offer, their email instructions were so clear on what the procedure was. Got paid quickly once the car was picked up like 2 days later via check, tracked by FedEx too. I had to call them once and top-notch service. If I ever need to sell again, I would definitely contact them.

Vroom made the best offer for my 2015 Hyundai Elantra.

I wasn't sure about selling a car online, but the process was easy and the payment was quick. I certainly include Vroom for a quote, along with Carmax and Carvana.
