I have type 2 diabetes and I have not been able to lose weight. I tried this, taking two pills, but it was too strong for me. I now take one pill in the morning and one in the evening.

I tried other products and they did nothing, but this really works. I have lost 22 pounds in two months. The main thing to note as that it really cuts down on my hunger and how much I eat. I don't notice any boost in energy, but I bought this to lose weight and it's 10000% great.

I always seem to have 10 pounds to lose. I have taken almost everything on the market - no wonder weight loss remedies is a multi-billion dollar industry. I find that my appetite is curbed, I do indeed have more energy AND as an added, but as an unintended benefit, it has helped me cut down on my smoking. I used to smoke 4-5 cigarettes a day. Now, I barely smoke 2, and while I am smoking, they no longer are satisfying. I have ordered 2 more bottles. Within the next month, not only will I have lost my 10 pounds, I've lost 3 after the first week, but I will probably not be smoking anymore. Thanks so much, Zantrex Black!

I was looking for something to help lose at least 10lbs, 20lbs would be better. I researched for days and read about Zantrex Black and gave it a try. Good price, so I figured why not, the only thing I have to lose it weight...lol. I have RA, Hashimoto's and suffer from depression, so I'm tired all the time. I drink coffee all day. I have been taking Zantrex Black for two days and I FEEL AMAZING! I have not had the need to drink coffee, and it makes me thirsty, which is good because I don't drink a lot of water. I suffer from constipation as well and this product fixed that! Two days in a row I "went."

I have not had any rashes, headache, stomach issues...all is great! I hope I see weight loss results soon!

I love this product! I pave roads for a living and I take 2 in the morning and 2 mid-day and it gives me the energy I need to get through work! I also have been losing a lot of weight while gaining muscle! I absolutely love this product, and highly recommend it if you need that extra energy boost and rapid weight loss! I would give this product 100 stars if that was a thing!

First off, if you're sensitive to caffeine (as most of the people giving negative reviews obviously are) then you may want to go easy at first. The first time I took this supplement, I took the recommended dose of 2 capsules, after which I was shaky and felt very strange for about an hour or so.

The second time I took it I lowered the dose to one capsule and I could feel the rush of energy without the shakiness. After about a week or so, once I felt that my body was getting used to it, I increased the dose back to two capsules. I haven't had any issues since.

You pretty much have to eat with this - otherwise you'll feel very jittery and possibly have a bad experience, but if taken correctly I believe that this product will work wonders. However without proper diet and exercise you're probably not going to see the results you want just from taking this product alone. It's not a miracle pill, nor does it claim to be, but the burst of energy you get with it is awesome and can really give you a boost before a good workout.

I have used this product on and off for a few years. Personally, I wish that I would have just stayed with the Zantrex Black all along. It did make me flush at first, but I space it out, and use common sense as to how my body may react to it, and it works accordingly, and the issue was resolved. I also have to be mindful because of the medications that I am on, but it does work for me. As with any diet pill, or pill, people have to do the research for themselves to be on the safe side from other complications that may surface. A diet pill is not, and never will be a magical weight loss alternative to a diet, or choosing a healthy lifestyle.

I began taking Zantrex Black 6 days ago. I started taking one in the morning as soon as I begin to eat my cereal. I know the directions say to take it 15 minutes before eating, but I never take any kind of pills on an empty stomach. I did not experience any side effects thus far. I just started a second pill today right as I started eating my lunch. I did not experience any side effects yet. I intend on doing the one pill in the morning and one at lunch until my body gets used to the ingredients in this pill. On day 8, I plan on taking two in the morning with my cereal and one at lunch. Beginning with week 3, I will take two in the morning and two at lunch. Yes, I know this is not per the instructions. But, I'd rather do it the way I am doing it by slowly introducing it to my body and then once my body is used to the ingredients, I will be able to take the full dosage recommended. It may take me longer to get the achieved results, yet I have had no negative side effects thus far. I do have more energy and feel an all over better feeling so far.

I have noticed a decrease in appetite. However, I have noticed an increase in my water intake, which is true benefit of taking this thus. Too soon for me to tell where this pill will take me. But, I believe my slow and steady approach has eliminated any side effects that others have mentioned in the reviews. So far, I'm happy with what I'm experiencing and have no complaints yet. Time will tell as I increase my dosage at my own pace. I would recommend it. However, you know your own body and how you respond to energy pills, weight loss supplements, etc. Have some common sense when deciding to swallow these pills. That's what I've been doing and will continue to do!

Started taking Zantrex Black 4 days ago. I have had a lot of energy. Usually, if I go for a walk I already get out breath on the second lap. This time, I was able to take 2 laps. Only side effect is muscle aches during the night.

I've never taken just this alone. I can't get to the gym, and eating right at the moment is nearly impossible. I bought a new house, camping there, living in two places 75 minutes apart, got two children that only want fast food, so I knew I was in trouble.

I've been taking this pill 15 minutes prior, two carb blocker pills (if eating lots of starch or sugar, which I try to avoid at all cost), and two green tea pills to help speed metabolism. Pizza, Chinese, Taco Bell, a few healthy meals in between, and I have lost 5 pounds in past month. Just imagine if I ate right. I follow South Beach, borderline Atkins at times. So the fast food is so opposite and I would have gained 5-10 pounds in that month if I didn't religiously take pills.

Again, I take this as a combo with others. And this does cut my appetite, which is a blessing.

I did not understand what their statement staying that one "may experience skin flushing'" meant! I took two pills 15 minutes before breakfast. I ate breakfast, and five minutes later I felt a little dizzy, enough to make a mental note to never take the pills before driving. However, that quickly went away.

Then the itching started. And then more itching my face got red and tight feeling. Then I looked like I had a major sunburn. I hope I'm not allergic to this. That lasted at least 20 minutes before subsiding. I think if I had expected it and didn't scratch as much as I did, it would not have lasted as long.

I have not decided against the product, but before lunch I will take 1 pill instead of two and see what that does. Regardless, please be aware of this one major side effect. I have not used it enough yet to know whether I recommend this to others or not.

I started the Zantrex Black last week. The first few days I took it I did experience the red rash/flush. It wore off after 1 hour or so. I felt the energy boost a little, not much. But I have lost 6lbs (increased my water intake a lot). The red flush/rash goes away after your body gets used to the Niacin. I haven't had any other break outs from it. I will give it 30 days to see if I can break the 20lbs mark.
