Charged my account, no clothing

I ordered a dress online and they took my credit card (thank god it was Amex). I called to see when it was coming and there was nothing in my account, the agent said it could be in another account, so I say never, never order from Zulily!

False advertisement when items will really arrive

I ordered several items for my grandchildren two weeks ago with the expectation that the items would arrive in three weeks. I planned on taking the items with me to California for my grandson's birthday. When a few of the items arrived, I checked my order, at first they claimed one of the items I ordered was delivered. That information was quickly changed and blamed on a discrepancy in the delivery scans. They told me to contact UPS, which made no sense because that same item along with all of the other missing items now show they will not even be mailed out until April 6 and I need to allow an addition 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. I have tried to cancel my order and they will not let me, even though they claim it has not even left the building and won't for 15 more days.

They have some cute stuff, but unless you have two months to wait for items it just is not worth the hassle. Their customer service is non-existent.

PS - The only reason they get a star is the items are sometimes nice even though they take three times as long to get to you as promised and they take their money immediately.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I ordered a purse . When it came I tried putting all my stuff from another bag in it. In a hurry to get to work, I grabbed the wallet and a couple of other things out and left for work. I decided it was the wrong purse and decided to return it. I left 140.00 in cash and a check book in the bag when I mailed it back. I called Zulily and told them what had happened. Not only did I get my stuff back and cash, I was given a 10.00 credit.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Love/Hate relationship Zulily

I have shopped with them since 2012. I've learned to search the products out elsewhere online mainly Amazon or Wayfair for larger products before committing to purchase. I do this to compare prices, availability and delivery times because as stated by many Zulily can be EXTREMELY SLOW for delivery times?

That being said, I have often found lovely things that I was able to stash away for future gifting. I especially love their baby clothing selections often very unique items that the recipients have loved!

Never purchased personal clothing, shoes or such because of no return policy because I think it's too risky!

Customer service always very helpful for me. Like any online shopping, use common sense!

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

False guarantee

I did a lot of Christmas shopping on this website this year.

I bought the same item for nine of my friends and family. I placed this order on November 27th with a guaranteed Christmas delivery.

I just received an email stating that many of the items I ordered for guaranteed Christmas delivery will now be delivered after Christmas and how "unfortunate" this is. There was absolutely no mention of any compensation for the wait or the fact that I will have nothing for my nieces and nephews to open for Christmas.

Of course, they did mention I could return the items once I receive them for a refund, I'm sure that will lessen the blow for my family. Now I will have to pay God knows how much for shipping to five different addresses so that they will get the present after Christmas, once I receive the item, whenever that may be.

I am extremely disappointed with my whole Zulily experience. I would have never purchased these items if they did not have the clearly stated guaranteed Christmas delivery banner. I would have at least expected some form of compensation for this other than an offer to return the item.

Who the heck is in charge of this company? I will definitely not purchase from this website again. Buyer beware, a guarantee on a shipping date from Zulily is absolutely worthless.

Bad experience

I ordered on 12/09/16 and it was delivered on 1/04/17. I had only received one email after placing the order, and I had to go their website for more information, which wasn't much, just an estimated shipping date was on there. Even when it was shipped, I received no email. There was a page with the items that stated there are no returns, so make sure about the item.

I don't understand the big deal with this company. To save a couple of bucks with bad service and no returns, in this day and age? I will never shop with them again. There are many other decent places to shop.

Horrible Customer Service

I wish I had come to this site first!

The size charts for their clothes are so off the mark with some cloths! HORRIBLE and can't be trusted.

They won't give you your money back just store credit For what, more disappointment? Don't order!

Very disappointed. Not sure how they can stay in business.

They will take your money but won't give it back if you are not satisfied with the items you ordered. Store credit sucks!

I'd give a 1/4 star if I could.

All messed up

The website is all messed up, and you can't put anything in your basket. Customer service says it's because I don't have an account. Really? Then how come I logged in without any problems? Then they said they would place the order for me. It's been two days of notifying them of my order and have heard nothing back.

The sale ends on July 31st and today is July 30th. Maybe they don't want their customers to order the sale items only the full price items? I can't think of any other reason except their customer service is very inept. I ordered once from Zulily and thought I'd try them again but now, never again. They stink!

Bogus discounts

I have bought several items from Zulily, but when they had a fur throw on sale for $200, I went on the product website and found the same exact item for $100. I immediately canceled my account with Zulily.

Don't order anything if you need it on time

After promising myself that I'd never order from Zulily again, I gave in and placed a few orders. The prices of the toys I wanted were really good and I couldn't resist. But again, I am disappointed. The toys did not ship on time and will not be here by the date I need them.

If you have lots of leeways as far as delivery, you can sometimes get a good deal, but don't order toys for a child's birthday; you may both be disappointed.

Quality stinks.

I’ve purchased a few shirts from Zulily and the quality is terrible. Very cheap and falls apart after one wash. It also takes 4+ weeks to get your order. Definitely not worth the wait. I also tend to find when I search their shops that by 8 am everything is sold out. Disappointing.
