I love Zulily

I love shopping at Zulily. It's my favorite site. I have gotten great shoes and clothes, housewares from this site. Not once have I been disappointed. Also, when one of my orders seemed to be taking a long time they emailed me letting me know if it was not released in a couple of days they would issue me a full refund.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Slow delivery and bad return policy

I recently bought three pairs of shoes from Zulily. I received them rather quickly, but when I tried them on, none of them fit. They were too small. I had to return all of them.

When I sent them back, I looked back at the website to maybe just get an exchange, but they didn't have a single pair in a size larger available. So I asked for a refund. I had to pay to ship the shoes back to them and got nothing in return. So, I pretty much gave them around $5.00 for shipping and got nothing. I normally wear a size 8 in all of my shoes, but none of those shoes fit. I should have just kept all three pairs and sold them online. I would have at least got something out of the deal instead of having to pay for nothing.

To add insult to injury, instead of refunding my credit card for the cost of the shoes, they gave me a credit to Zulily. I returned to the site and decided that shoes were not a thing to buy on Zulily so I purchased some kitchen items. I order those 18 days ago and they still have not even been received at zulily. It just shouldn't take 3 weeks to get a credit item that I didn't even really want in the first place, but had to buy something in order to receive my credit and not get ripped of any further. No wonder they are having problems competing with other online companies.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I love Zulily

I have ordered several things from Zulily and I’ve had great results with each order. I’ve mostly ordered tunics, and they have been of excellent quality. I get compliments every time I wear them. The shipping is very slow, so don’t order from them if you are in a hurry. Most of their items say "no returns." The price is so low on most items that I have been willing to chance it. I have not wanted to return anything I’ve bought from them. I suppose at some point I will be disappointed, but so far I’ve been very pleased.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

GREAT SERVICE and company

I have been ordering from Zulily for several years and HAVE ALWAYS had the best luck and customer service. The product has always been quality, and when I have ever had a problem, they have come through with flying colors. Zulily is my go-to internet buy company (dare I say better than Amazon).

This is my experience with Zulily, and I am not anything but a satisfied customer.

First, last and only

I ordered from Zulily for the first time on 11/06. I was anxious to receive my items which took 2 and 1/2 weeks. Needless to say, I do not feel this is an acceptable time frame since everything was "in stock" and nothing was back-ordered. They did finally arrive so let's see the products as the excitement slowly drained.

Sweater #1 - The neck was so tight I couldn't get it over my head.

Shirt #2 - The upper arms were so tight they were uncomfortable yet the rest of the shirt fit correctly and I must add I am not a "big" girl. Only 5' 3" and 119 lbs.

Well, sweater #3 sorta fit even though the shoulders hung 2+ inches down my arm and the workmanship was of poor quality. The sweater is white and blue and the sides were sewed with dark blue thread, the seams are loose where the thread sticks out like a sore thumb on one side.

Last I ordered some "fleece" lined leggings (thinking I could wear them in the northern cold temperatures). They were made of an almost silky material with very minimal "fleece" inside. Definitely, not as portrayed on the website.

Well, figured I would return them BUT wait. They only have the terms of returns on a multi-page attachment and it is not really clear. To return items they subtract a handling charge of $8.95 per return (at least that is what they are charging me) and let's not forget...this will be "refunded in a store credit" I DO NOT GET ANY MONEY REFUNDED! I do 90% of my shopping online and I hate to say it but this was by far the most disappointing shopping trip ever.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Don't order from them

Do not order from this company. Customer service is not transparent and purposely leads you to spend more money on their website. I ordered a comforter set, but accidentally selected the wrong color. I emailed customer service within minutes asking to please switch to the color I wanted. I was given a BS reason why this wasn't possible because it's actually being shipped from a different vendor so it's out of their hands...then why is it on your website? If you aren't in contact with your vendors that's probably a big sign something's wrong. Was it completely impossible to reach out to the vendor to switch a color? The order wasn't processed for an entire week. In the meantime, I was told to place another order for the color I did want, await the return of the first order, and then I could be given instructions for how to return. When I finally get the instructions, there is not only a return fee, I have to cover shipping and handling, and they only offer a store credit. Forget this company, why the heck are you making it such a hassle to return something?

Length of Use: Less than 3 months

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Good product

I have been a customer of Zulily for a long time. I have bought quite a few outfits for my grandchildren. They are good quality and very unique. The only problem is that the shipping may take longer than other websites. I just order earlier.

My number one choice for online shopping

I absolutely love the customer service provided by this company. When you order online, you risk sizing, but that is not the company's fault. They try to be very descriptive in their sizing chart. Whenever I have had any issue with any purchases, I simply call them, and they issue a credit to my account. They have never questioned me and have let me keep the original item.

I will always shop with these guys, and I cannot believe the crappy reviews because they are simply not true. These are people who don't read the site rules. I have never missed a shipment, or nothing has ever got lost in the mail. Not one bad experience and I have been shopping since 2014.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Great experience!

This was my first time ordering from Zulily. I ordered a lace skirt, a tunic dress, and a board book for my son. The prices were half of what I could get them anywhere else.

When my items arrived, the skirt was ripping at the seams. I called immediately, and a real person answered immediately. I loved the skirt and worried that I would have to send it back and I wouldn't be able to get a new one due to limited stock. I could definitely repair the skirt, but that's not the point, I paid for a brand new item so it shouldn't be coming apart at the waistband.

Because I didn't want to return it and planned on repairing the skirt, I assumed to not get very far and really only be able to notify them of the issue. Well, to my surprise, they not only refunded my item with my choice of store credit or orthogonal payment method, but they also gave me $10 in store credit on top of that. No returning hassle needed. My issue was solved in less than 5 minutes, and I couldn't be happier. Not to mention, the customer service ladies I spoke with were incredibly kind!

For people complaining about shipping times, Zulily has to wait for the item to first ship to them and then they ship it to you. So, it is understandable that shipping times are a bit longer than other places, however, this is not hidden from the customer, and I knew before I had ordered because it is stated in their shipping and returns policy. Besides, the rip in the skirt my items where exactly as I expected them to be and of great quality.

All the sizes were as stated in the sizing information. When ordering online it is crucial to check the sizing info. I am almost ALWAYS a Medium, but according to the sizing info on the dress, I bought a Large, so that's what I ordered and it fits beautifully.

I will definitely continue to shop with Zulily; great finds and a great price with prompt and courteous customer service.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Zulilly customer service has always been pleasant. I have ordered with them for two years now. Should a product not fit, they have prompt returns. Customer service is always willing to make it right with the consumer. Products have been of good and lasting quality. Returns have been corrected and accepted in a timely manner.

Bought a Dusty Sage Queen comforter.

I ordered a Dusty Sage & Almond reversible comforter for a new Queen bed. When it arrived in good time, it was a Dusty Blue & Almond comforter, although it stated it was Sage & Almond. I wasn't sure I wanted to keep it, as it was in no way any color of green, but I liked the Almond side. I washed according to directions. It held together, although the wrinkles look permanent, and it says not to iron. I put it all on the bed, it looks ok (wrinkles apparent), but it's very comfortable. For the price, I will keep it, but the description in no way is the item I ordered.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
