I had never taken a probiotic before ActivatedYou, so I don’t have a benchmark to compare this to, however, after taking ActivatedYou over the past more, I’ve found that I experience less bloating and I’ve had more regularity with my bowels. Overall my rating would be excellent!

I kid you not when I tell you this is an amazing product! I am 57 years old. I have been a health fanatic all of my life. But something was just not quite right these past few years (menopause), but since taking this product for over a month now, I cannot tell you how great I feel. I never write reviews, I never do this, but I’m telling you, I feel amazing. I have regular bowel movements, I have more energy, I have less cravings - this product was beyond anything I could ever imagine!

I have taken probiotics sporadically in the past, usually just to combat antibiotics. I have been on a cycle of trying to lose weight and then gaining 10 pounds after every "diet." I’m on my second bottle of the ActivatedYou probiotic and have foremost noticed an increased level of energy. I find I’m not tired or sluggish as it had happened in some cases before. I had been looking for a probiotic to regulate my system a bit, and I believe I found one. I’ve not noticed a significant weight loss, but after vacationing for three weeks, I did not gain weight. I did walk a minimum of 40 miles per week as well as other light core work too.

I just finished my first bottle of Advanced Restorative Probiotic this morning. It's difficult to say how well this product is helping my digestion because I've been on a detox regimen for the last two weeks as well.

I have lost five very stubborn pounds, however. I'm not sure if that's due to this product or my detox.

I believe strongly that a quality probiotic is essential for good health. I'm happy with this one so far.

I'm hoping the next bottle arrives today. I am concerned about receiving it in the mail now in the summer. My first bottle arrived in the heat of the day and was very hot. It said to keep in a cool dry place. I'm hoping the cultures weren't destroyed during shipping.

I just started my second bottle. I am lactose intolerant so I do my part by drinking Lactaid 2% and eating Breyers lactose-free vanilla ice cream, not chocolate. Chocolate is an issue as well. I've had IBS for years, and it's miserable. When I started taking this probiotic, I stopped taking the pills for my stomach, which sure wasn't an answer. I've had minor issues now and pray this will continue to improve. I didn't get this way overnight, so I knew it won't be an overnight recovery.

I had been using another proprietary probiotic for approximately one year. That product worked at first then not so good. I am on the fourth bottle of ActivatedYou Advanced Restorative Probiotic. I am very pleased with my results with this product. I was on the Ideal Protein Diet. Being in ketosis and on the other probiotic, my bathroom habits changed not for the good. Within three days of starting ActivatedYou, my bowel movements improved. I waited until the fourth month on this product to make sure it would continue to work. It does! Thank you so much for this wonderful formulation. I have tried other probiotics and L-glutamine powder mixes without much results. My issue was malabsorption, such that I actually had Pellagra with skin changes to my lips! I had already been on a formula of probiotics and L-glutamine (after taking 3 weeks worth of an antibiotic for SIBO) for about 6 weeks prior to changing. I have been using ActivatedYou now for about a month and my lips are finally returning to a soft supple state with it natural pink hue. My belly bloat has dissipated, and my body has found a daily routine/regimen that keeps her regular.
