If I had taken it every single morning without forgetting, I think my experience would have been excellent. My goal was to go to the bathroom every single day. I wanted to do this without any problems like straining or sitting for long periods. When I first started, I went five days straight, not easy, but not too bad, then missed a day. I would say once I got a routine, I would go 6 out of 7 days (happy with that).

I have been taking the Advanced Restorative Probiotic for 30 days. I took the last pill from my first bottle today. I have noticed a difference in the way I feel. I have had less bloating after a meal. I work diligently to maintain a healthy lifestyle and diet, so the probiotic has contributed greatly to my overall well-being. Prior to taking these probiotics, I felt miserable as my stomach would bloat so much I looked pregnant (I am over 60 years of age.)

I’ve been using this product for the last 30 days and saw enough of a difference that I just ordered another 3-month supply and have recommended this to my family and friends.

My bowel movements are softer and more regular, and I don’t feel like I have to strain to use the restroom like I have in the past. I also had a lump on my left pelvic area that I had for years that I always thought was weird but never got it checked out because it never really bugged me I’d hurt me. I thought maybe it was a cyst. I kid you not, a week after I started taking this supplement, my lump was gone. I was shocked and stoked. That had me sold right now. The lump must have had something to do with my digestive tract.

I also wanted to notate that when I first ordered this product, the order process was messed up and charged me for the 3-bottle promo instead of the one, and I immediately called the customer service number and they were prompt in getting the refund done and I was very, very satisfied with my experience with their customer service.

I ordered this because I have felt unbalanced at the gut level for some time. I got cravings, didn't have regular bowel movements, struggled with 15 extra pounds, and was constantly getting vaginal imbalances. I have been taking it for about five weeks now, and my bowels were better within a few days, I am not struggling with food cravings any longer (that was better after 2-3 weeks) and (knock on wood) things seem to be happy in the "below" regions. I have lost about 5 pounds and feel the rest will fall away over the next six months, albeit more slowly, now that I am not craving unhealthy food choices (my sugar cravings are much better).

I believe the probiotic helped with all this. I have also focused on foods that are healthful for building good gut flora like kefir, sauerkraut, and yogurt and I do exercise. This is not meant to do the work for us but gives the balance to be successful - very important!

I am taking both the Restorative Probiotic and Morning Complete. However, I switched to one during the week and one during the weekend due to not wanting to overdo it. I definitely am less bloated and able to move my bowels more even when I don’t eat the healthiest of things, and my bowel movements are still normal. I recently had surgery in June, and my bowels have been struggling since April. I started taking ActivatedYou products at the beginning of August, and I have to say the past 2-3 weeks I have felt so much better.
