Hello All. I have been taking this probiotic for almost a month now, about 25 days. I was taking another probiotic before this. My reason for taking probiotics in the first place was because of bloatedness and feeling tired throughout the day and slow bowels.

I am fairly fit, I play soccer, I am 40 years old, I am not a health freak and watch what I eat, but also at times don't. If it helps I am 6'3" and weigh 215 lbs.

With the probiotics my bowel movements are daily, I might miss a day once in a while. Previously my bowel movements were once every two days on average, sometimes once in three days.

I currently feel I am not as tired during the day or after I eat lunch and not drinking as many coffees as I did. I switched to more decaf in the afternoon if I feel like a coffee. These have all been improvements.

One issue which still exists is that I still am getting bloated. In the morning when I wake up, I am ok, but throughout the day as I eat, I get bloated. Not sure if this is the type of review you were looking for, but this is my current status and how the product is working for me.

I was sold based on their advertisement video. I’ve been dealing with constipation issues for years. I was overprescribed antibiotics, and my gut has never been the same.
