I have been trying (LIVASTEMx6) LIV Active Stem by LCR in 16 oz with water and some berry drinks. I did not like the taste of the additive Sucralose (Splenda), and I wish I could have had the freedom to add my own additive instead of using Splenda for sweetening. I bought the powder containers. I am used to soda pop type drinks. But that is just my taste buds; everyone else may vary.

I would say try it thoroughly, knowing this company can give you a refund if you don't like it. So I give them a four-star review because of their excellent refund policy and the hopes it may help people with their health.

In my opinion, the whole online sales process for this product is nothing more than a scam. I ordered $127.00 worth of product on 4/9/18 and got a printable receipt stating that my order would be shipped in 24 hours. Eight days later I called to see where it was. I was told that it was in the warehouse and would be shipped out that afternoon. Two days later, I called again and got the same response - it's in the warehouse. Why is it in your warehouse and not at my house? I live just three hours away from their location.

I asked that my order be canceled and monies returned to my account. Supposedly, only a supervisor could do that, and there were none available at that time. I left my name and phone number with a request that I receive a return call. It's after 2:00 Friday afternoon, 24 hours later, and I've still not had the courtesy of a call. There is definitely something not right.

After two weeks I see a reduction in my waistline and I have more energy. I am looking forward to seeing what will happen in another couple of weeks, then looking forward to two months, then three months.

I keep forgetting to take it on an empty stomach. If I do remember, I feel as though I can actually feel the difference in my fat belly! It is probably just my imagination, but wouldn't that be a great factor!

Don't waste your money! Used three bottles and had no results what so ever. In my humble opinion, it's total crap. LCR called me to see how I liked the product and I told them I got no benefits from the product at all. Their reply was that I needed to buy three more bottles. I asked the lady if she would buy more of a product that didn't work and there was dead silence. They say if you don't like the product they will refund your money...that is a joke! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

It has been a little over 30 days since I started using Active-PK. I felt a difference immediately. What I mean is, I started feeling more refreshed and energetic when I wake up in the morning. Before Active-PK I would feel sluggish and tired. The only downside I see right now is I find it hard to wind down and go to sleep. I haven't changed anything different with my diet or habits since I started and it may contribute to the alertness and constant energy. Otherwise, I am very happy with the product. Now I need to find a product all natural to help me curve my sugar cravens. LOL.

I lost 15 lbs in just over three weeks. I know it's not advertised as a weight loss product, but deep fat has weight just like body fat. Being an Exercise Physiologist I'm always a little apprehensive of this type of product, but this one works.

My review is on LCR Health. I bought a 90-day supply of their Active Stem, which was an absolute waste of time and money. This product also came with a 90-day money back guarantee. I had to file a BBB complaint in order to get my refund. Bottom line, LCR Health is a SCAM, save your time and money.

I've been using Active-PK for about a month. I'm currently 62 years old. I'm active at least five times a week. During the summer, I play in a men's over 55 baseball, hardball-fast pitch league with two games a week and other three days at the gym. In the fall and winter, I play racquetball once a week and the gym for four days. I'm in the process of trying to lose stubborn belly fat and to lean out from 230 lbs to 190 lbs. and 200 lbs max. I believe my metabolism was totally shut down for burning fat. I eat pretty healthy with the right proteins (beef, chicken, and fish) with healthy fats like nuts, avocados, and watch the glycemic index of my carbs but I was unable to lose weight. I believe Active-PK along with Telogenesis has been pivotal in activating my metabolism to burn fat. I'm seeing slow but steady results with changes in the body fat on my body. My gut is getting smaller and chest (man boobs) shrinking noticeably. I feel much better overall with energy and my digestive health has made a 180 degree turnaround. I believe it's just a matter of time before I achieve my target weight, as I'm already down 10 lbs.
