Because Market Reviews

I have been using disposable underwear from the Because company for about four years. When I first contacted them I spoke with some of their customer service personnel. Every one of them was very knowledgeable about their products and put my mind at ease. I am enrolled in their automatic shipment program so I get my products sent to me in a discreet box. The underwear is very comfortable and prevents accidents. I plan on continuing to use Because for many years to come.

Why did I list this as a title? It fits. As a new client a couple of years ago, I would ask to try this pad or pull-up, listing a couple of different sizes. Because had other products besides pull-ups/pads and I also would see if I would like that product...scented bags for used pads kept the smell in. No matter when I called asking to try a new schedule...they did it! I am now (after a few trials) on 5 packages of pads every month and on the 3rd month still the 5 pads but also the pull-ups since I am able to stretch those out longer. Give Because a try, my sister-in-law has and it works out great for her also.

Because I have the convenience of a comfortable, cost-effective product I can continue to enjoy an active lifestyle that includes form-fitting yoga pants.

Complete protection...just Because!

My experience using Because Market products has been great. I love their Booster pads. They are the best I ever used. They’re thick and protect me very well when I sleep. They’re very comfortable, and I will always continue to buy this product. I love their disposal bags. I love the freshness the Remedy Essentials Cleansers No-Rinse Spray gives, good protection on their booster pads. I would recommend this company to anyone who uses any Adult Incontinence Underwear, for Extra Comfort High Absorbency, Leak Protection. Their panties come in various sizes. Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. Product is excellent. Never any problems. Always get my delivery on time every month. Been a customer for over two years. Would recommend this company.

Starting with the sample package that really helps narrow down what it is that you need and like. Then customer service to find out which program works best for you. Now I don't have to think about it at all, once a month everything I need is right there, convenient and very affordable.

My experience ordering from Because has been great. I help a dear friend quarantined in an assisted living facility. She has incontinence and I would bring her various brands and types of pull-up diapers; none of which she liked. One day a friend recommended Because and we gave the Willows a try...she loved them and we never looked back. She is unable to use the internet so I do the ordering and tracking for her and they are delivered to her facility. Aside from the product being so good, the entire ordering and shipping process is easy and works perfectly.

Trying to cancel shipments, getting the run-around, might have to stop payments with the bank, which will investigate the scam.

Don't sign up for the "free" sample, might have to use underpants to soak up spills on the floor!

I've been with Because for less than 2 months. I order the trial and tried all but one item in the trial package. I ordered the women's underwear. I received a sturdy box with 3 packages. Each package contained 20 pairs of underwear. The first package I opened worked and fit fine for me. The second package seemed to have a problem with the leg openings. One was a little too snug while the other was a bit loose. These rubbed a sore within 2 days. I emailed help@becausemarket.comwith details of my problem in the middle of the night. I had a reply the following morning. I will be switching to the pads when my next order is shipped. I notice those having a problem are using the telephone to contact them. It may be that the email allowed them to manage my issue at their convenience. It was still prompt and much less stressful than what I've read here.

This is a review from my husband using Willow by Because underwear for men:

I can't thank this business enough for providing me with the support I need. I have tried many incontinence brands in the past, but Because seems to get it right on the dot from the fit to the material! When I chose the wrong amount in my trial pack, their customer service team went beyond my expectations in helping me correct my order in a timely manner and making sure the product I chose was correct for my lifestyle. I received my products in the mail fairly quickly. You guys have earned a happy and returning customer!

I saw this online before but all I wanted was an easy way to buy underwear without going to Walgreens. This company delivers each month for a good price so I don't have to deal with the store clerks who don't know anything. I see some folks complaining about canceling - I didn't call to cancel but I did call once to change size and that was easy. I think Because is fine and saves time.

I have bought from the course and I like the beige briefs. My last order, which came last week, had three colors in it I do not like, black or white briefs. When I called with the question if there were no please breeze, they said from now on they have to do the white, black, and beige all in one pack. I like the beige or light, but from now on I will not be ordering from Because, you have lost a customer.

I got the trial order and tried all of them. Was not happy with what was on the market. The briefs are well made and durable. I have never had a problem with them charging my card and not getting the product. I can choose delivery dates at any time.

Now they offer Willow. I will try these too but the original product is great.

Because is the company that bought Willow last year...I was worried they'd mess up my deliveries but I think it's even a little faster than before. I like the Willow ones, they're the only ones I like to use. So I was a little worried but it's good.

I get what I need, even when I change the order. I always get delivery on time. I'm never out of the ones I like! Being a handicapped, older woman, it's so nice to order and get things come straight to my door. Very friendly staff! Whoever talks to me has always been just as helpful and polite as anyone could ask for. Feeling very blessed to have Because!

Because has brought dignity to my Mom’s incontinence issues. The briefs are comfortable and very absorbent and wick the moisture away from her skin. We have enjoyed regular shipping schedules throughout the pandemic...although there are delays, we deal with these by ordering a little earlier.

I suffer with incontinence and am not ready for the underwear. I have bought pads for incontinence from the store and they don't seem to work like the Because ones. I use the regular pads from Because and occasionally use the maximum ones but very seldom. I feel very confident that I can go places and not have to worry about leaking.

Thank you so much Because!

Because Market promised me I would have daily and nightly protection for incontinence. They delivered.

I use both the daytime pads and nighttime diapers. Both are easy to use and provide excellent protection.

I have been ordering my supplies from Because for a couple of years and I am glad that I made this choice. Here are a number of reasons why.

1. Friendly service.

2. Good quality products.

3. Delivered to my door.

4. I have a standard order, but they have added to my standard on my request from time to time.

5. Good price.

All in all, I am very happy with this company and the products they have to offer.

Also, the pads are very comfortable.

I have had a wonderful experience with Because products. I purchase the pull-up diapers, overnight pads, bags to keep them hidden and for cleanliness in the bathroom, and the spray for my personal hygiene.

One of the greatest things about this company is their customer service. No matter what an issue has been about, I have always been treated with respect and the problem has been taken care of.

I order the size I need and the fit is perfect. I’ve never had a defective product since using the products.

I love the fact that my order is boxed and shipped straight to my door without leaving home.

I have used Because for several years. They were clearly just a start-up outfit when I first started using their product. Now they have clearly grown into a much larger and sophisticated outfit.

When I had too many pads you graciously postponed my order.

My delivery pads were so waterproof that I didn't have to worry about leaking. At the same time, they were comfortable and not bulky.

My experience with the Because Market was extremely satisfying. I had to try several different styles to find the best for me. They were patient and worked with me. I am able to adjust the plan easily to my needs.

I especially think that the customer service this company has is really great. They will do anything to help you find the best product for your needs.

I have tried several sizes and several of their products until I found the right ones for me. And the best thing is you can get samples of the underwear at no charge and no shipping costs.

The only problem I have is the fact that they use FedEx for shipping. FedEx always delivers several days after they give you the initial date. Last month it took thirteen days after the product was shipped. This month they were a day early. It makes it hard to know if you will run out. I have before and had to go buy more at the store.

However, I guess FedEx has nothing to do with the product and it is absolutely the best you will find. You won't be disappointed with Because!

I was past the point of thick pads keeping me dry. I think an ad for Because products popped up in my Facebook feed. Figured I didn’t have anything to lose so I ordered a sample. They were promptly delivered but were the wrong size (my fault). Called customer service and reordered the correct size.

The maximum absorption pull-ups are amazing. No accidents or overnight leaks! I’ve had to increase the number of pairs I use daily, but no leakage or irritation. I can go to the grocery store or out to lunch without the worry of leaks and embarrassment.
