I love the service that Because provides! It’s an easy way to get a monthly supply of products! I don’t worry about running out or having to run to the store. The automatic system is easy and if you don't need a product, it’s easy to postpone. Very nice service, products work well, good selection, easy!

I have been a customer of Because for more than two years, receiving incontinence products by mail every month. Their products are superior to anything else on the market. Currently I'm using Because Overnight Pads every day, and not just at night! These pads are soft, reliable, comfortable, and cost-effective compared to even generic pads purchased at Walmart.

For a couple of years now, Because Market has consistently provided very good, reliable products. I couldn't afford the expensive incontinence meds so tried pads from the store. Embarrassing! But not nearly as embarrassing as pee going down my jeans or wetting the bed! Because is a Godsend!

I have been using disposable underwear from the Because company for about four years. When I first contacted them I spoke with some of their customer service personnel. Every one of them was very knowledgeable about their products and put my mind at ease. I am enrolled in their automatic shipment program so I get my products sent to me in a discreet box. The underwear is very comfortable and prevents accidents. I plan on continuing to use Because for many years to come.

Why did I list this as a title? It fits. As a new client a couple of years ago, I would ask to try this pad or pull-up, listing a couple of different sizes. Because had other products besides pull-ups/pads and I also would see if I would like that product...scented bags for used pads kept the smell in. No matter when I called asking to try a new schedule...they did it! I am now (after a few trials) on 5 packages of pads every month and on the 3rd month still the 5 pads but also the pull-ups since I am able to stretch those out longer. Give Because a try, my sister-in-law has and it works out great for her also.

My experience using Because Market products has been great. I love their Booster pads. They are the best I ever used. They’re thick and protect me very well when I sleep. They’re very comfortable, and I will always continue to buy this product. I love their disposal bags. I love the freshness the Remedy Essentials Cleansers No-Rinse Spray gives, good protection on their booster pads. I would recommend this company to anyone who uses any Adult Incontinence Underwear, for Extra Comfort High Absorbency, Leak Protection. Their panties come in various sizes. Excellent customer service.

My experience ordering from Because has been great. I help a dear friend quarantined in an assisted living facility. She has incontinence and I would bring her various brands and types of pull-up diapers; none of which she liked. One day a friend recommended Because and we gave the Willows a try...she loved them and we never looked back. She is unable to use the internet so I do the ordering and tracking for her and they are delivered to her facility. Aside from the product being so good, the entire ordering and shipping process is easy and works perfectly.

I saw this online before but all I wanted was an easy way to buy underwear without going to Walgreens. This company delivers each month for a good price so I don't have to deal with the store clerks who don't know anything. I see some folks complaining about canceling - I didn't call to cancel but I did call once to change size and that was easy. I think Because is fine and saves time.

I have bought from the course and I like the beige briefs. My last order, which came last week, had three colors in it I do not like, black or white briefs. When I called with the question if there were no please breeze, they said from now on they have to do the white, black, and beige all in one pack. I like the beige or light, but from now on I will not be ordering from Because, you have lost a customer.

I got the trial order and tried all of them. Was not happy with what was on the market. The briefs are well made and durable. I have never had a problem with them charging my card and not getting the product. I can choose delivery dates at any time.

Now they offer Willow. I will try these too but the original product is great.

Because has brought dignity to my Mom’s incontinence issues. The briefs are comfortable and very absorbent and wick the moisture away from her skin. We have enjoyed regular shipping schedules throughout the pandemic...although there are delays, we deal with these by ordering a little earlier.

I suffer with incontinence and am not ready for the underwear. I have bought pads for incontinence from the store and they don't seem to work like the Because ones. I use the regular pads from Because and occasionally use the maximum ones but very seldom. I feel very confident that I can go places and not have to worry about leaking.

I have had a wonderful experience with Because products. I purchase the pull-up diapers, overnight pads, bags to keep them hidden and for cleanliness in the bathroom, and the spray for my personal hygiene.

I especially think that the customer service this company has is really great. They will do anything to help you find the best product for your needs.

I have tried several sizes and several of their products until I found the right ones for me. And the best thing is you can get samples of the underwear at no charge and no shipping costs.

The only problem I have is the fact that they use FedEx for shipping. FedEx always delivers several days after they give you the initial date. Last month it took thirteen days after the product was shipped. This month they were a day early. It makes it hard to know if you will run out. I have before and had to go buy more at the store.

However, I guess FedEx has nothing to do with the product and it is absolutely the best you will find. You won't be disappointed with Because!

I was past the point of thick pads keeping me dry. I think an ad for Because products popped up in my Facebook feed. Figured I didn’t have anything to lose so I ordered a sample. They were promptly delivered but were the wrong size (my fault). Called customer service and reordered the correct size.

The maximum absorption pull-ups are amazing. No accidents or overnight leaks! I’ve had to increase the number of pairs I use daily, but no leakage or irritation. I can go to the grocery store or out to lunch without the worry of leaks and embarrassment.
